Three years ago, Natasha Harrison was set to take the reins at litigation powerhouse Boies Schiller when she made a different choice: To go out on her own and start her own litigation boutique. Harrison said the firm is thriving, finding the right matters. In addition to litigation, Harrison said the firm has accrued a strong roster of PE, hedge fund and private credit clients. But in order to get to where she is now, Harrison had to take that leap, including the psychological changes one needs to make in order to push through.
